How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer shipping worldwide so that everyone can enjoy our products.

 

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on all purchases at the moment, for a limited of time.

 

When will my GLOD purchase be sent out?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the order being placed if it’s in stock.

Out-of-stock and Pre-order items are made to order and will ship within two weeks to four weeks.

Now it’s our soft launch period, so all the items are pre-order items, and you can enjoy 15% off from them.

How long does shipping take within the US?

For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 5-7 business days after sent out.

 

How long does international orders take to arrive?

Please note that for international delivery, transit time can vary greatly, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and destinations, and preferred duties and taxes payment method.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email tracking information, so you can monitor its status. If your tracking information hasn't appeared within 5 business days, please let us know at support@glodjewelry.com and we'll get right on it for you.

 

I want to change the item that I ordered. What can I do?

No worries, amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed. You may contact us via support@glodjewelry.com to request for change.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation of order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. You may contact us via support@glodjewelry.com to request for cancellation.

 

 

What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@glodjewelry.com.  Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item.

 

Can I return or exchange a product within the US?

If you are unhappy with a product and would like to return it, we would be more than happy to let you do so. We offer a return upon 7 days of receiving your parcel, as long as it’s in original condition. (Please note that we do not offer this for discounted products). Can I return or exchange a product in my international order?
